Zero net-flow in capillary electrophoresis using acrylamide based hydrogel

We demonstrate the detection of anionic compounds with the anode at the detector end and the field-enhanced sample injection of anionic small molecule drugs in counter-electroosmotic flow capillary zone electrophoresis.
