Can drought stress be used to improve marrowfat pea seed size?

Reducing the number of seeds per pod through drought stress did not lead to an increase in the average seed size, but drought stress during pod fill caused a reduction in seed size. The largest seed size and highest yield was obtained through full irrigation.
