Spring is a time of hope and optimism as tender young shoots burst from buds to reveal potential yield. Optimism, however, can soon turn to anxiety and a sleepless night when the forecast reveals frost potential overnight. Here are some insights from a study led by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture and some pointers to better frost protection.
