Dietary fibre and carbohydrate composition of some foods of use to the Australian military

Dietary fibre and carbohydrate fractions were measured by a modified Englyst procedure for some key Australian operational ration pack components and other foods. Total dietary fibre for individual cereal-based ration pack components ranged between 0.5 and 6.5%.
