journal contribution
posted on 2023-05-18, 11:43 authored by Gibson, CB, Earley, PCGroup efficacy has emerged as an important and significant predictor of group effectiveness. In this article we extend extant theory and develop a more in-depth model of how group efficacy develops and operates within existing groups, including complex moderating factors. We conclude with a discussion of implications and future research concerning motivation in collaborative efforts.
