In the following, the formulation of the problem and the system of notation used in Ref. [1] are kept. During the last five years, I have developed a new three dimensional FEM hydrodynamic model to study the behaviour of Oscillating Water Column (OWC) Wave Energy Convertors (WECs) at sea.
