Abstract
Clearly articulating expectations from the
perspective of both the learner and teacher is
important within a learning context. As a
teacher, modelling behaviours that
demonstrate best practice techniques assist
learners to engage, apply and understand.
The environment in which a student is placed
has the potential to impact their learning.
Therefore understanding the needs of the
learner and the context in which you are
situated will assist you to achieve success.
