The Rob Burke and Tony Gould Quartet Live Recording at the Melbourne Jazz Cooperative

Co-led by saxophonist Rob Burke (tenor saxophone & bass clarinet) and piano master Tony Gould, with the rhythm team of bassist Nick Haywood (now based in Hobart, Tasmania) and drummer Tony Floyd, the group has played together for almost twenty years. Their previous CD release Live at Bennetts Lane (2011) was their third release as a group (all on the Jazzhead label) and first live recording. To further document new compositions and development of group empathy, this concert will be recorded as part of a future release.
