Abstract
The impact of climate change will affect most developing and current international
legal regimes. This book analyses the impacts of climate change based on the concepts,
principles and rules found within substantive systems. It is published at a
time when states are puzzling over how to implement domestic and international
laws to mitigate the damage unknown changes to climate may have.
