Fermionic dimensions and Kaluza-Klein theory
journal contribution
posted on 2023-05-17, 23:52 authored by Robert DelbourgoRobert Delbourgo, Zhang, RInstead of appending extra bosonic dimensions to spacetime and needing to exorcise the higher modes, it is possible to construct Kaluza-Klein models in which the additional coordinates are fermionic and the higher modes do not arise. We erect a unified gravity/Yang-Mills theory on such a grassmannian framework and then discuss possible generalisations to other internal groups.
