Agenda 2000: The European Union's reform package for grains

In this paper a modified version of the OECD's Aglink model is used to analyse the potential impact of Agenda 2000 on the EU cereals and oilseeds industry, and how changes in EU trade may influence these industries in Australia. The implications of the Agenda 2000 package for the European Union's WTO commitments are also examined.
