"Profuge" is an adaptation of Voice Theatre Lab's production of Christopher Marlowe's "Dr Faustus". Performed by Voice Theatre Lab, School of Visual and Performing Arts, adapted and directed by Robert Lewis. The musical landscape is provided by Garry Greenwood's unique instrument, The Mountain Harp, played by Sarah Stagg, Derek Stagg and Rebecca Clarkson. This production is a unique collaboration of sound, voice and movement, where Marlowe's original text has been fragmented, deconstructed and abstracted. What is left is the essence of the story and raw emotion.
