Festival of Voices

Andrew Legg is the curator and convenor for the Festival of Voices (FoV) African American Gospel Music symposium and workshop sessions and advisor to the Artistic Director and member of the FoV Board.

• Andrew Legg coordinated the visit, including acquiring, booking and supporting, of the featured artist for this festival, Mr Eric Dozier. Legg ran the workshop with Mr Dozier, including rehearsing the choir, accompanying for Mr Dozier for all performances and radio appearances, coordinating and rehearsing the gospel band, and performing at 3 concerts with Mr Dozier and choir.

• Andrew Legg curated the gospel component of the festival, including: the selection of repertoire; acquisition of all artists; vetting and auditioning of choirs and individuals for the workshops (210 people); assessment of all workshop component participants.
