Abstract

Influence of vineyard management on sparkling wine quality. Oral presentation in workshop 'Can we produce better Pinot Noir and sparkling wine?'. The presentation will cover results of the sparkling viticulture and oenology online survey. Outcomes from two seasons of the pruning trials, both cane versus spur pruning and crop load management through winter pruning will be presented as will results from two seasons of the leaf removal timing trial.
