Abstract
Tasmania continues to shape the national political agenda with its own state issues. In 2007 this was no different where health and forestry once again dominated the election at the state level. Personalities loom large on the Tasmanian political stage and in 2007 there were a number of Tasmanian incidents that made the national media cycle.
