Abstract
The yshareit project aims to increase awareness of and access to reputable e-mental health resources among young people. Small group workshops were conducted using a triage website to explore youth-relevant e-mental health websites. Participants completed a range of activities aimed at enhancing communication skills and developing ideas for promoting e-mental health resources. The results revealed a significant increase in awareness, usage and promotion to others of e-mental health websites. They indicate that small-group workshops are an effective means of educating young people about reputable e-mental health resources, and that an associated triage website is a useful adjunct for promoting these resources.
