Abstract
Tho structure and consultation arrangements of the Telstra Consumer Consultative Council (TCCC) is detailed, with reference to its historical roots, and the challenges provided by recent structural change in the Corporation. The rise of Telstra Country Wide has seen the abolition of State/Territory councils of the TCCC, but the national TCCC remains a significant process for mutually respectful dialogue and consultation, with governance shared between residential consumers and Telstra.
