Abstract
While the diversity of global environmental
RNA viruses has remained
largely unexplored, recent advances
have reported on the discovery of
over 106 RNA viral contigs from
both terrestrial and marine ecosystems
that will help us to better understand
the diversity, evolution,
ecological roles, and transmission
of RNA viruses.
