A trial was established in winter 2017 in a commercial cherry orchard in southern Tasmania, as part of the broader More Profit from Nitrogen project. The aim is to examine, in relation to different timings of 15N-enriched nitrogen (N) fertiliser application, N distribution within the trees, its uptake efficiency and environmental losses.
