Abstract
Over 70% of the paid workforce report leaving a job because of bad leadership, and that's for a paid work. So how about volunteers?
A new report looks into what support there are for managers and leaders of volunteers, something pretty crucial to retaining the volunteer workforce and the economic and social benefits.
