The outcome of Nigeria's 2019 presidential election and effects on current energy policy

Scaling up energy production and supply had a pronounced place in the manifestos of most presidential candidates, the incumbent included, enlisted to contest the February 2019 presidential election. How current energy policies of the present administration will affect consumers, distributors and producers alike is the focus of this commentary.
