The Salvation Army Tas. Street to Home (STH) program has been working closely with the Hobart City Council (HCC) for several years to provide education and information sessions to their office, parks and parking meter staff. This has enabled the Tas. Street to Home (STH) worker to better-respond to the needs of people sleeping rough in and around Hobart.
