Draft genome sequence of an isolate of extensively drug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis from Nepal

Here, we report for the first time the draft genome sequence of an isolate of XDR-TB collected in Nepal and describe single-nucleotide variations associated with its extensively drug-resistant phenotype.
