Something New Something Blue

Something New, Something Blue showcases recent acquisitions alongside a series of previously acquired works from the Devonport City Council (DCC) permanent collection. The exhibition marries new works with earlier pieces from the collection's history, effectively borrowing a shared thematic interest in 'the blues'. An examination of the psychological effects of the colour blue threads this exhibition together as the induded works circle changing landscapes, aura1 dimensions, and flirt with the macabre.
