University careers use to be about getting tenure and hiding in the ivory tower. But now they are brutal corporate research and teaching machines. So once you have a Phd how equipped are you to make a career in a cut throat world? Dr. Meredith Nash is working with academics to address skills like entrepreneurship and personal branding.
