Abstract

The health and well-being of all Australians is dependent upon access to affordable, safe and secure long-term housing. A growing number of people in Australia are experiencing 'housing stress; which leads to difficulties in meeting basic living costs overcrowding, family breakdown, health issues and homelessness.
