Abstract
UTAS researchers Meredith Nash, sociologist, institute of for the study of social change and Robyn Moore, researcher in the school of social sciences were exploring obstacles to women in stem when they realised they had omitted talking any women of colour. The layers of bias they uncovered highlight a career pipeline that leaks in such a way the people left at the top are mostly men called Dave. So how can we change that?
