Abstract

There is a new study that suggests pregnant woman are in similar peak physical form as extreme athletes. Who better to respond to this than Dr Meredith Nash, who came in with her six week old baby to speak to Your Afternoon presenter Helen Shield, and is already in training for a 100 kilometre ultramarathon that she will run in September.
