Abstract

Loneliness among men is growing in our society and some researchers argue this is a symptom of work and personal relationships becoming more tenuous, with a study finding that men aged 25 to 44, report some of the highest rates of loneliness in Australia.

Life Matters

talks to Dr Katrina Jaworski, researcher and lecturer in Cultural Studies at the University of South Australia and Adrian Franklin, Professor of Creativity and Cultural policy at the University of South Australia, about potential policy and personal solutions for loneliness.
