Five rock samples GTD-17-645-1; -2; -3; -4; -5 were sent to CODES Analytical Laboratories for mounting and analysis to determine quantitative mineralogy with a focus on Cu-bearing minerals and gold. Six 30 mm round pieces were drilled out from the samples (2 different pieces were used from sample GTD-17-645-4 - 4A and 4B - to characterise two texturally different parts of the sample). The pieces were mounts in epoxy and polished, to be used for SEM/MLA analysis. The remaining samples were crushed and milled to < 100 um grain size for XRD analyses.
