Abstract
There’s a big cultural shift happening in local pubs, cafes and bars across the country – and it’s all got to do with (arguably) the most important member of the family.
As backyards get increasingly smaller, pet owners are looking outside of the home where they can take Fido for a walk (and grab a good coffee along the way).
University of Tasmania lecturer in retail marketing Louise Grimmer joins Jacinta Parsons on Breakfast to discuss what’s influencing the change, and how public spaces may look in the future because of it.
