Abstract

Although it’s a relatively new concept in our market, a number of New Zealand retailers are adopting the subscription trend. They’re delivering products on a regular basis to customers all around the country, and finding that the only returns they’re getting are in business growth and loyalty. Not all of these retailers fall into the ‘start-up’ category either, with some established retailers looking to expand their offering by adding a subscription model to their existing physical or online store.
