Tasmanian Historical Studies

The Centre for Tasmanian Historical Studies (CTHS) exists to further the study and publication of articles, books, primary sources and reference works on Tasmanian history. It holds an annual conference on some aspect of Tasmanian history. In October 2016 the CTHS conference was entitled ‘Divisions, Discords and Disputes in Tasmanian and Australian History’. Three of the papers presented at that conference appear here.
