Abstract
It is not as difficult to understand Chinese tourists as one thinks.
This presentation presents tools for us to understand the cultural
complexity of Chinese society. Strategies will also be offered. The
important point is that Chinese tourists react to us, as much as we
respond to them. It is also important to consider how the Chinese
tourism industry is organised, so that we can tap into the potentials
of the vast market.
