Abstract

Occasionally, new arts and cultural organisations emerge that demonstrate the significant role the arts can play in economic and social development, attracting local residents and tourists who travel there to visit a new museum. Such museums can offer exciting, hedonic experiences that affect the profile of a city in a positive manner.
