Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is an important consideration in Photovoltaic (PV) systems, particularly in residential environments where non-uniform irradiance conditions across the system may arise. This paper details the development of a Bayesian Optimization (BO) based MPPT method and presents preliminary results showing the efficacy of this technique in locating global maxima.
