Abstract

TOMORROW at 11am Tasmanian high school students will walk out of classes as part of a nationwide strike to protest inaction on climate change. They will gather on Parliament Lawns at midday. Their actions will highlight the acute injustice of the failure of Australian governments to respond adequately to climate change.
