Abstract

This presentation will discuss examples of condensation, mould and visual timber frame damage within typically constructed weatherboard and sheet-metal-clad residential buildings. Many of these issues are also becoming evident in multi-storey residential and non-residential buildings, where unwanted moisture ingress can occur for many years before damage becomes evident.
