Ever had a friend or colleague snap at you for no real reason, acting really out of character? Have you thought about how 'they’ve changed?'

Go back and think. Has that person been suffering from some sort of long term stress?

If the answer to that is yes, think about this. Chronic stress alters behaviour through its effects on brain size and structure, how brain cells connect, and how they function, right down to the level of your genes.

But you can fix this.
