Various open-data portals and platfonns are available across different countries with individual issues for sharing big data. In spite of efforts by government and companies to promote data sharing, data utilization remains limited; most datasets still remain un-accessible and unusable. The absence of universal guidelines in regard to data sharing and its accessible levels are partial causes. We introduce DataCon and the platform Data Browsing Portal, jointly aimed at increasing data availability, promotion of an effective data sharing method, and creation of reliable data market spaces with an easy and visible interface.
