Abstract
This poster describes the rationale and method for the
development of a minimum data set as the first step toward an
Australian national health information workforce census.
Critical importance is attached to open and inclusive models,
and the early and extensive engagement of key stakeholders,
to provide a solid base for broader research into this
workforce.
