Increased marine casualties have raised concerns for organizations and shipping companies in recent years. The investigation of these casualties shows that manpower accounts for more than 80% These are the disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the training system of these seafarers. What factors play a more important role in their educational system. This paper examines the qualitative and quantitative exploratory research using a hierarchical technique to study the training systems of marine institutions.
