Identifying and ranking of factors affecting cargo operation in ports ; a case study of Boushehr Port,

One of the most important ways of developing the transportation industry is identifying the effective factors of loading and unloading goods. In this study, in order to identify the effective factors of loading and loading of goods in different parts of the country, quantitative and qualitative management has been used. First, the literature on the effective factors of loading and unloading goods was not identified. Then, to identify the factors of the industry, Interviews and constituent meetings were used and then the coding was used to identify the factors. Qualitative phases were then used. Finally, the fourfold factors of managerial infrastructure and human resources were geographical and political and the process of medicine Then, all the factors that were used to determine the fuzzy assumption approach were identified by 19 factors. In order to determine the importance of the factors of the Domestic water analysis and network analysis, the results of the research showed that the lack of rail transport lines has the greatest impact on the performance of loading and unloading goods in the area.
