The increase in marine casualties due to the increase in human error in recent years has caused serious concerns in the interior of Iran that most of these casualties are related to Iranian vessels, especially non-polluting floats. These marine accidents have caused serious injuries and damage. Studies have been carried out. Indicates that the main reason for these incidents is the lack of competence and expertise of marine personnel. This controversy is evident in the southeastern parts of the country over the district of Chabahar, more than the other parts of the country. In this regard, the Marine Corridor has been designated as the maritime authority of the country and oversees the vessels Several rules and regulations have been developed for the training standards and maritime certification of these vessels. The results of the preliminary investigations and interviews indicate that training programs as a factor in reducing marine disasters have gaps and problems.
