Abstract

Hobart has a transport planning problem - or so it seems. Transport planning is a bit like being an expectant parent. Everyone has some advice. In the case of babies, these are a lot of experts out there because anyone who has raised kids has an opinion based on their experience. But dose being a road user make you a transport planning expert?
