Today, maritime traffic is of great importance in the growth of maritime transport and, consequently, in the economy of the country, given that it meets the requirements of providing maritime safety and reducing the amount of time and expenses for unloading and facilitating the movement of floats. Due to its geographical location and the location of large ports such as Shahid Rajaee Port, Hormozgan province has a unique position in terms of traffic and diverse floating. Therefore, it requires a comprehensive approach to the review of maritime traffic. This paper seeks to present an appropriate strategy using the SWOT model as well as the AHP hierarchical model based on the present situation of the maritime traffic situation of Hormozgan province as the most fertile area in terms of tonnage and diversity.
