The key aims of this project are to investigate relationships between alteration patterns, geochemical zonation and ore textures and assess their impact on liberation behaviour and recovery response. Ores and altered rocks at the Productora Cu-Au-Mo deposit will be characterised to define domains of variable processing characteristics. Quantitative and predictive geometallurgy models of processing behaviour will be developed using the existing 33 element ICP-AES data base on each assay interval.
