Abstract
A significant proportion of members of the
Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers
(FMM) are using ICT in Administration,
Security, and Marketing & Communications.
However, internet infrastructure-related
issues, access to ICT skills and knowledge,
are major factors affecting the use of ICT.
Foremost on their minds are access to
internet and internet speed.
