Years ago, male teachers made up the majority of teaching staff in Australian Primary schools ó these days, women have the lionís share of the roles, with men in decline since the 1980s. Nic spoke with Dr Vaughan Cruikshank from University of Tasmania on why the shift has happened and what we can do to balance the difference out.
