Abstract
Across the Line will showcase the creative output produced by undergraduate Drawing Studio students from the Tasmanian College of the Arts – Inveresk. The exhibition will display a variety of styles, mediums and careers. The aim of Across the Line is not specifically to show case the best drawing, but more works in progress, and indication of what is achieved during the first year; the media and materials explored; and the Pandora Box of creativity that experienced. Across the line is definitely "a must see" for those interested in the practice of teaching drawing. The exhibition will be of particular interest to University lecturing staff specializing in the arts and secondary and college art teachers.
